Unify all your ad platforms data on sheets in <10 minutes

Oct 24, 2025

TLDR;

Connect your ad accounts and Hibi builds a clean, sheets‑like view across channels. One place to scan performance, answer why, and act.

  • Who it’s for: performance marketers, growth leads, and agency analysts

  • What you’ll build: a multi‑tab Hibi workbook with unified campaign performance and standardized metrics

  • Outcome: a reliable source of truth for daily decisions and automation. Data which you can see and ask your own questions on.

The problem

Platform dashboards are built to optimize spend inside their walls, not to answer cross‑platform questions. Marketers struggle with downloading CSVs, stitching them together, and running them through ChatGPT for assisted analysis.

You’ll avoid
  • Grunt excel sheet work

  • Manual guesswork and ChatGPTing your way through answers

  • Plumbing across different tools and APIs to set up alerts, and other automation workflows.

The Hibi approach

Connect once. Hibi standardizes names and metrics, then gives you a simple workbook you can filter, pivot, and share. From there, spin up alerts, ask detailed questions, creative tests, and analyse at levels without leaving the page.

What you need
  • Access: sign in to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and any in‑app source you track

  • Workspace: a Hibi project where you can create workbooks

  • Data window: default lookback is the previous day

Metrics you can trust

Hibi aligns common performance metrics across platforms so analysis is apples to apples.

  • Delivery: Impressions, Reach, Frequency

  • Engagement: Clicks, CTR, Link Clicks

  • Cost: Spend, CPM, CPC, CPA

  • Outcomes: Conversions, Revenue, ROAS

  • Quality: Video Views, View Rate, ThruPlays, Quality Score when available

Each metric includes a source definition and any platform‑specific mapping in the Metrics tab.

Add your own:

Create your own definitions without leaving the workbook. Use column formulas and table joins.

You can reference any tab using workbook‑scoped names like Ads.asset_type or Campaigns.platform.

Steps

  1. Connect accounts

    • Open Hibi, click Add data source, and sign in to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and any in‑app source. Hibi validates access scopes.

    • Pro tip: align ad account timezones in the Lookups tab before first sync to avoid attribution drift.

  2. Choose what to track

    • Pick the levels you care about — campaigns, ad groups or ad sets, and ads. Add breakdowns like country, device, or placement. Hibi shows a preview so you know what lands.

  3. Pick your KPIs

    • Start with Hibi’s standard metrics and add your own.

    • Naming conflicts are handled automatically.

  4. Create your workbook

    • Name it, keep the previous‑day window, and choose a refresh cadence.

    • Hibi builds the tabs and runs the first sync.

  5. Save daily views

    • Use Overview to sanity‑check totals, then save filters like brand, country, and objective.

    • These power alerts and creative workflows.
